Itinerary:
Friday, August 5:
• Evening informal gathering by the outdoor pool (indoor pool if raining)
Saturday, August 6:
• Reunion Lunch: 11am-3pm. We will gather outside in a reserved area next to the pool. Included:
Lunch buffet, beverages, dessert
Reserved volley ball court
Indoor banquet room in the event of rain
• Dinner: A list of area restaurants will follow as we get closer to the reunion. Current attendance may be too large to get us all in one restaurant (to date, 60 folks are attending!)
• Sunday morning: Breakfast on your own – long good-byes to follow.
Room Reservations: Call 1-800-HILTONS
• Rooms must be reserved by May 30, 2011
• Rooms are blocked for the “Valentine Family Reunion” located at the Huntington Hilton
• Room Rate $119 plus standard room taxes (markedly reduced from even their discounted group rate!)
• If you would like additional nights, we have arranged for you to receive the same great rate.
Reunion Ticket: We contracted for 70 lunches as well as the 2 reserved areas. The following fees assume 70 folks attend (we need 10+ more family members to join us!):
1. Adult: $32 per person
2. Child (age 4-12): $16
3. Preschooler (under 4): Free
Payment (check) for your Reunion Ticket (above) is due by June 15th to Maggie in Virginia.
